Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of receiving, simply email us to request a refund.

To request a refund, you can contact us at bloom@bloomorganicsskincare.com. We will issue the refund to the payment method used to make your purchase.

If the products in your shipment were damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can replace your damaged products.
